Here it is, the small print. We have only one page of it but do require that customers understand our policy on car parts, warranty, storage, and any late fees. We don’t like the fact that we have to have this page however we have had a few instances of “misunderstandings” and with this policy in effect and in writing we’re hoping to avoid any future confusion. FantomWorks has a solid reputation of excellent quality, very fair prices, and extremely candid up front honesty. This attached policy letter doesn’t change anything about the way we’re doing business, it only clarifies it in writing so I don’t have to try to regurgitate this to each person as we’re discussing what’s truly important; your classic car project!
