Route 66 Trip
Dan and his buddies took a ride on the iconic U.S. Route 66 in September. Colloquially known as the Main Street of America or the Mother Road, it was one of the original highways within the U.S. Highway System. Route 66 was established on November 11, 1926, with road signs erected the following year. The highway, which became one of the most famous roads in America, originally ran from Chicago, Illinois, through Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona before ending at Santa Monica, California, covering a total of 2,448 miles. SEMA Show
We went to the SEMA Show this year! It is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. It draws the industry’s brightest minds and hottest products to one place, the Las Vegas Convention Center. In addition, the SEMA Show provides attendees with educational seminars, product demonstrations, special events, networking opportunities and more. SEMA Show 2014 drew more than 60,000 domestic and international buyers.

Wounded Wheels Spring Car Show
DRS FantomWorks is hosting a car show fundraiser for Wounded Wheels. Wounded Wheels is a 501(c)3 public charity with the goal of modifying iconic American muscle cars for our paralyzed and multiple major amputee veterans. Wounded Wheels and FantomWorks would love to have you come out to the event. Group Weekend Rides
Have you ever wanted to get out on the open road for the weekend in your car, but feel unsure about taking it so far from home? Well we’ve got great news for you! We love to take our cars out for weekend spins and we have all the tools necessary to keep them running if we happen to have any issues!
What we’re saying is, if you’d like to do a weekend tour of some vineyards, go sight seeing, or just ride for the sake of riding, propose a trip and we’d love to help make it happen! Just send us a note with where you’d like to go and what type of classic or antique car you have. Once we’ve received enough interest to plan a trip or outing, we will make an event so you can sign up and come along!
This is a new idea and we are sure to run into some kinks, so please bear with us as we get this rolling!
***Please note that though we don’t mind doing most of the planning (sometimes we can snag those awesome group rates), there will be expenses for lodging, food, and other necessities, so please plan accordingly.
